I will keep it simple, I love traveling. I am consumed by wanderlust and nothing excites me more than experiencing new cultures, cuisine and the natural beauty this world has to offer. Follow me on my journey as I try to reach my goal of visiting 100 countries before I turn 40. So far I have made it to 95 and I have a year …. or so… to go!
I hope this blog helps to inspire and guide you in your travels and opens your mind up to new and uncharted places. All the photos are mine and taken by me. Any photos of me are courtesy of my better half or my creativity of finding a way to take a photo of myself….which is rare!

What I Do…
As a result of my extensive travels for both work and leisure, and my A-type tendencies to overthink, research, plan and make spreadsheets, I found myself with a wealth of documented travel tips and knowledge so I thought, why not share this with all of you!
While I provide travel tips, guides, inspiration and dining suggestions, hotels is where my passion lies. As such, hotel reviews are a huge focus of the blog as I believe that the home away from home you choose on vacation has a huge impact on your overall experience – so why not choose the perfect hotel!
My wanderlust started as a child when I discovered my father’s National Geographic collection. Even at a young age, when I knew nothing more than the world that directly surrounded me, the photos in these magazines of exotic landscapes, people and wildlife captivated me and sparked something in me I would eventually come to understand as an adult.
This inspired me to start capturing the places I have been fortunate to visit and showcase the world, even its remote and unconventional corners, to inspire people to think outside the box and not fear the unknown but to embrace it and experience it.
Travel design and planning just seemed like the most natural progression from my blogging. Given my passion and experience I found myself planning trips, crafting itineraries and even booking travel for friends and family, so I thought why not make my passion project a career!
